- We collect relevant and minimal personal data about you for the purpose of managing your affairs with us.

You acknowledge and agree that such consent meets the “writing” requirement as detailed in the Electronic Communications and Transaction Act 25 of 2002 and the RIC Act.

- We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and a reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to re-activate the Services. If your account is deactivated or disabled, some of your information and the content you have provided will remain in order that your team members or other users can make full of the Services.

We reserve the right to charge you a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive.
