Uninstalling AM Pro

We have listed a step by step tutorial covering how you uninstall the AppointMate Pro software.

  • Close Outlook
  • Go to Start – Control Panel – Add/Remove Programs

In Windows 7 it is represented by:

  • Choose the Option to Uninstall or Remove
  • Then navigate to your Registry by click on Start – Run and typing in regedit. Then hit Enter on your keyboard
  • In the Registry look for HKEY_CURRENT_USER – Software. Right click on the AppointMate folder and delete

  • In the Registry look for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE – Software. Right click on the AppointMate folder and delete

  • Close the Registry Editor
  • Open Outlook and close it again
  • The uninstall is complete
